We are looking for Lumion Technicians who are proficient in English, have an excellent working knowledge of Lumion software, and have an ongoing desire to stay updated on the latest architectural and design trends and technology.


JOB SUMMARY

The Lumion Technician supports the Architectural production staff in producing Lumion images for a variety of projects, coordinating with the team and working with minimum supervision. The role requires a high level of accuracy, detail orientation and the ability to produce high-quality renders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Application of furniture (as per the DC / DD presentation imagery), lighting etc. in Lumion
  • Collaborate within team on shared Lumion models
  • Produce and navigate within complex Lumion models
  • Good eye for producing architectural 3D views for Client presentations and internal meeting purposes, including appropriate angles, view ratios, texture and furniture model visuals
  • Post-production of Lumion views in programs such as Gimp or Photoshop, adding additional styling, light sources or effects
  • Contribute and organise the Lumion Library including supervising and auditing all new models regularly
  • Perform other Lumion related tasks as required
  • Support team in achieving deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant Architectural / Design qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in Lumion essential
  • Proficiency in Revit advantageous
  • Ability to work in a complex multi-cultural/language environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to accurately understand and interpret instructions
  • Understanding of the production process, including applications of different file formats
  • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
  • Able to remain calm and work in pressurized environments
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
  • Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills
