Join our team as a Facilities Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Facilities Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations, manage correspondence, and book contractors.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance with properties, liaise with vendors and contractors, and schedule services.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and coordinating refreshments.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections.
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to facilities, including record-keeping and processing invoices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Facilities Manager and team.
  • Assist with international and local courier services.
  • Cover reception duties when required.
